How fast can admission happen?

Admission to Oasis at Dodge Park can often happen very quickly after a hospital discharge, depending on availability and the individual’s care needs. In many cases, placements can be arranged within 24 to 48 hours. Our team works closely with families, hospital discharge planners, and healthcare providers to streamline the process, complete assessments, and ensure a smooth transition. Urgent situations are prioritized, and same-day or next-day admissions may be possible. 

Do you accept hospital discharges?

Yes! Oasis at Dodge Park does accept hospital discharges and is specifically designed to support that transition.

After a full and complete assessment, our team works closely with hospitals and families to coordinate care, gather medical information, and ensure a smooth admission process. Our community offers both short-term and long-term memory care for individuals coming directly from the hospital, providing a safe, supervised environment during recovery.

The Oasis at Dodge Park  provides a higher level of care than traditional Assisted Living care. Oasis is the ideal solution for seniors who value their independence, yet need more assistance with daily activities, and are not ready or want to move to a nursing home facility.
