The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable for the little time the residents spend there. Each room has a bird feeder outside the window that is kept full by the staff. The staff are very attentive. All of the residents sit in a “family room” where there are activities – exercise, music, games. The staff to resident ratio is very high. Staff includes maintenance, food service, nursing, aides, owners, and reception. Include everyone because they ALL interact with the residents by name. They are friendly and engaging and will stop along their way to say “Hi! How are you?” My aunt is very well cared for here and I feel very comfortable when I am not able to stop in as often as I would like.
