Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and professional overnight nursing care to residents with dementia and memory loss.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes with clinical judgment.
- Communicate effectively with families, care staff, and on-call support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations.
- Supervise a team of CNA/Caregivers
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts LPN or RN license (required).
- Previous experience in dementia or geriatric care preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.
